   Yvonne is lovely. We took our three young children (one with autism) and she was so patient with them all. We have had such trouble finding a hairdresser that he is ok with, and he really took a shine to Yvonne, it was the easiest hairdressing experience we have ever had with them all. Thank you so much!

   Worst place to get your hair done. The owner of the shop claimed she was a hairdresser but clearly had no idea what she was doing. She ruined my daughter's hair and still wanted me to pay for it. Even worst when I approached her saying it doesn't look good, she got defensive and angry and lashed out in anger as if it was my fault. Thanks for traumatic experience.

   The old woman we met that morning there was very rude and unfriendly. Maybe the worker or even the owner I don’t know. I could say and feel she was very racist towards us. Maybe she doesn't like seeing Asian or Māori person stepping foot in her barber shop. Her treatment of us was disgusting. Sorry the world doesn't need people like you and well ‘good luck’ then with your business. We were happy to change our mind and not to spend our money to this place. Thanks for giving me lesson not to be a person like you ma’am!

   Horrible attitude and completely unfriendly - I was a potential first time customer and this woman displayed everything that’s counterintuitive to good business; rude, unhelpful, cold and hard, even suspicious and nasty. Walked out, would rather flush my money down a toilet than give it to a business like this…
