   I have been a client for 6 years and I have always been very happy with the work, but in recent times the quality of service has dropped a lot, with many hairdressers with little experience. I hope you can improve that, I would not like to look for another place. Thank you very much.

   My partner visited on Saturday around 10 a.m. as she’s a regular customer, but she had a disappointing experience with one of the younger staff members. He used the hairdryer on a high setting and burned her scalp. He didn’t bother to move her ears while cutting behind, nearly causing an injury, and his attitude throughout the appointment was dismissive and unprofessional. It seemed like his behavior may have been influenced by the fact that she’s female, which is completely unacceptable. He did a terrible job! I had to go to another barber’s to get it fixed This is no way to treat your customers. She won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest you address this issue with your staff.
