Absolutely amazing experience with La-Rochelle. She listened to what i wanted and give me what I needed. I also don't normally re-book at the end of my appointment and with La-Rochelle booked in for the new year. Megan did my hair, and she was absolutely amazing! La Rochelle guided me through the process and gave me the confidence to book the appointment in the first place. I had a specific idea in mind but couldnβt quite explain it through pictures β yet Megan understood exactly what I wanted. The result turned out even better than I imagined! These guys are so talented and truly know their craft. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately I do not recommend Vivo Fifth Ave. I was quoted $139 on the phone then charged $149 with no explanation! Hairdresser Took nearly 3 hours to complete a basic root touch up that turned out to be a completely different color to the rest of my hair!! I made this appointment for a special treat before having wisdom tooth surgery and was left with a completely different hair color that did not match the rest of my hair. In 43 years I have never had such bad service. It's one thing to overcharge it's another thing to ruin my hair color. I finally received a refund after weeks of being mucked around by the Regional Manager! Do better and adhere to your Satisfaction guarantee policy! Thank you to the Managing director who resolved this issue and processed my refund.
I got a brunette balayage done on virgin hair by MΔhina this arvo, couldn't recommend her more!! I was very nervous from my first experience at this salon (different stylist botched my hair-no longer there) but MΔhina understood all my concerns, so professional, lovely and most importantly had the same vision I had. Loved and so satisfied with the outcome! β€οΈ The team is also very friendly and their clients hair looked amazing too! I will be back!!
I had the pleasure of having Wendy from Fifth Ave. I absolutely loved the outcome of my hair transformation. Staff are friendly, I got what I wanted, and there was no sneaky hidden cost. Fifth Ave is the best vivo in hamilton. I would 100% recommend.
I had such a great experience with Audrey at Vivo five crossroads. She gave me such a beautiful curly cut and made me feel comfortable and welcome the entire process. Could not recommend her more!!
Today I went to see Krystal an she warned me my hair would not turn out the way I wanted it but we went with it not only did she make me feel welcomed she did her job well an I walked out feeling a million dollars thank you so much β€οΈβ€οΈ
I had an amazing experience at Vivo Fifth Ave this weekend. It was my first time at Vivo Fifth Ave. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy. Lots of parking and nearby parking which was awesome for this rainy weekend. Wendy listened well to my request and she gave me an amazing hair colour which is exactly what I was looking for. Such a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. Thanks Wendy.
