Awesome experience, really enjoyed getting my hair cut here. Barber was professional, did it with excellence and finished fast as well. One of the best haircuts I've had in a long time.
ASEM is the best barber ! We always travel from Hamilton to get our haircut there.
Stopped in at Kool Kutz today on our way through Huntly and had all 3 boys walking out feeling fresh and very happy with their cut. Awesome customer service, we will make this our new barbers even if we have to travel over an hour! Best in the Waikato and we have tried many so far!!
showed up just before 5, and was told they were closed when closing time said 5:30
There's like one guy that cuts hair well the rest are rude and don't give you the haircut you ask for. Really just do whats easy for them and charge full price. Just be prepared to pay full price wether you get the haircut you wanted or not.
Very disrespectful not even a hello just. “Sit down” Wouldn’t listen to what I wanted done just over rode my conversation with what size on the sides asked him to make it even multiple times. Took him about 3 minutes Haircut is no where near what I asked for and he was huffing and puffing the whole time. They have no prices on the wall for the cuts too so guessing the punch in what they want. Never again rude and poor job
Very rude behaviour and not followed the way I ask him to cut the hair. When I questioned this he behaved in a disrespectful way and told me to respect him and he said its his way of hair cutting. Totally dipressed the way I look now.
They treated you like a sheep and used a straight razor with no shaving cream or anything. Skin felt a bit rough for a few hours.
