Ranjetta is great! Bless her, she will try and get you the lightened result on dark hair that you request. Even with purple shampoo, the blonde always brasses off and fades. Even with a years worth of regrowth. Colour doesn't last. Other salons, the blonde stays until grown out. But makes you feel beautiful when you leave the salon. She's a lovely lady
