   Poor customer service from the girl working there today. Rushed in with a grizzly baby in a pram to do some quick shopping for myself. Tried on 3 items and then had to leave in a rush due to the baby crying. Settling baby in the pram with one hand, the three items in the other hand and I took them to the counter to advise the assistant I’ll take just the skirt thanks. Was met with ‘just a reminder’ that the items I don’t want should be hung up in the niche by the changing rooms. Seriously? There was one other person in the shop and you were standing there doing nothing, surely you can let a mother with a crying baby bring the two unwanted items to the counter without passing comment. To other mums - take your money elsewhere!

   Went in to Dotti yesterday, and I tried on some dresses. The stitching on all of them was coming undone, with loose threads from other products stuck to the material. They had zips that had been stitched over, so that the zip didn't go down all the way. For dresses priced at $100 - $120, I would expect better quality. Definitely won't be buying from Dotti.

   Thank you, Emily, for your help yesterday picking two pairs of jeans. Emily went out of her way to assist me. I was really impressed with the attention she gave me but others also in the store even though she was on her own. I also really appreciated the effort she puts into the customers and her positive attitude and energy, a great experience.

   Shopping on Friday morning 10/05/24 the young shop assistant (so sorry I didn't get her name) was trying to run this store without efpos, went out of her way to make a sale work to the satisfaction of the customer and also the store, with staff like this can only help the brand and the store.    Only 2 items, I will be returning. Others look good. This is more about the courier they used. My order went to PBT Couriers. Just under 2 weeks it took to arrive, PBT couriers passed it over to NZ Couriers, who took only 2 days to deliver to me, the rest it was sitting with PBT, as they thought I lived rural, which I don't, I live in town. Please Dotti, don't use PBT, you are wasting money.
