   I have been coming to this salon for nearly 4 years and it’s like my home away from home, that’s how comfortable, warm and welcomed I feel each time, like family. I always leave feeling confident and more than happy with the service I have received which most times is above and beyond my expectations. Lashes are so on point it won’t disappoint so thanks so much for all the years of making me feel great! Shout out to the ladies who work their magic - Inder, Robyn, Tui and any new staff who come on board, you are in good hands, 100% guaranteed!

   I would like to give my only star to the staff, in particular Megan. There were no stars for the results I received for the Keratin treatment. It was looking lovely when I had it done. In order to take care of keratin hair, I purchased the shampoo, conditioner, and serum that they recommended. After washing my hair on the third day after the treatment , my hair returned to its original condition Speaking with the staff a couple of times, they said that we cannot comment on anything, so speak with the owners. I was told that it was a treatment and not a straightening by the owners. I had paid approximately $300 for keratin & products and had not seen any difference. When I sent him pictures, the owner responded that the hair is shiny, which indicates that it worked. It felt like a stupid decision, as I did not achieve any results on my hair You are welcome to visit this facility if you wish to spend $300 and see no difference in your hair after treatment or would like to see the shine $300 worth

   Terrible treatment towards their customers. My friend went in and asked for one thing and they completely disregarded what she had asked for. Used treatments on her hair that actually caused a reaction and burnt her scalp and she was told it would be fine. When she asked for curtain bangs one of the ladies said that that would be ugly. Really bad treatment and very disrespectful staff. Would NEVER recommend going to this salon to anyone if you actually want to have your own say in your OWN hair.

   Has the best experience with hairdresser Megan today! She was so kind and patient with my daughter. She was also so attentive and knowledgeable. We loved our time with her and our haircuts turned out perfect. We will definitely be back!

   Got my eyelashes done here. She used way too much glue and they were falling out the 3rd day the following week I had to get them infilled. She told me not to open my eyes and when she had finished told me "hold this" I opened my eyes bc I obviously don't know what I'm holding and she told me to close my eyes. So I had to hold the fan for ages my eyes were stinging badly even weeks later it still hurts when I shower I can't open my eyes. Won't be returning especially when she used clusters and I paid for individuals terrible job
