Normally really good! Not sure what happened. Waited over an hour and no one advised there was a delay of any kind. Three of us all waiting in the wait room wondering what was going on. I walked out.
They were nice and friendly but two out of the three fillings I got have fallen out after only a year, got them fixed at Hillcrest and now they’ve last way longer, I think they need to talk less to one another and should concentrate on their work
first time visit. Went for a general check , x-RAY where done to precision to my disclosed concern areas. Fast, friendly, perfect. highly recommended. I have booked a second visit to complete a filling.
Went there with tooth ache as well as a loose molar asking for extraction.Was informed that one of the teeth was infected after an X-ray but could not be extracted due to proximity to sinuses. Was referred onto an oral surgeon (took 4 reminders to them to refer me on). The oral surgeon could not see me until 2nd December and was told that the referral said that 3 teeth were to be removed as well as the loose tooth. I found Hamilton Dental Emergency and had the loose tooth as well as infected tooth removed a few days later in one sitting by a great team of people. Flagstaff Dental lacked empathy in my judgment
Never like a trip to the but the Team at Flagstaff are always informative about how the process will go and what options could be offered to avoid pain. Very well priced as well
Visiting the dentist is always nerve-wracking for everyone. Although once a year, my son visited the dentist for a regular checkup with a nervous mind today. However, my son and I received a completely satisfactory service, starting with a very kind receptionist greeting, and the treatment of a dentist (Danah Toubat) who gave us detailed explanations and very valuable advice. The space was completely clean and bright, and the tension completely disappeared from the kind questions of the dentist and receptionist. It's 10 out of 10. I would like to highly recommend it to everyone.
Super happy with the service here. No one answered the phone when I called but I left a message and they phoned me back not long after. I managed to get an appointment in approx a weeks time for a slightly urgent fix I required. So many dentists I had called in Hamilton were unsure whether they could actually fix my issue but Flagstaff Dental were confident they could do it. And they sure could. Thanks team, I will now be a regular customer.
We were with this clinic for three years, but today we were left disappointed as instead of scheduling an appointment for checking my daughter's cracked tooth, we were sent to the kids' dental line. Despite telling the lady at reception that the operator from this line sent us to a private clinic as it was an ACC case. We decided to follow the recommendation to go to another clinic but for whole family.
