I am so happy that we found this dentist. Dr. Chin is so professional, friendly and gentle. I get so anxious to visit the dentist but he was so gentle and always telling me how everything goes. I have a jaw problem and everytime I asked for a break he waits patiently. Me & husband will come back for our yearly check ups!
No one likes visiting the dentist but Dr Ivan made the experience so much easier and less dreadful. A great mix of professional and friendly, listened to my concerns and made sure I was okay during the entire surgery while also explaining what was happening so I wasn't left wondering what the heck was going on. His dental assistant Ashleigh was an absolute gem and helped lessen the nerves about the whole thing. Both receptionists were also super lovely! Overall great experience for a dentist visit. I'd trust Dr Ivan and his team any day!
I absolutely love this dentist! We were just there w the whole family and everyone - especially Ivan the dentist - was just absolutely fantastic! He let my son be present during the parents exams and even got him involved, absolutely could not have done a better job! Thank you!
I scheduled an appointment for my little sister via text correspondence last Thursday (28/11/2024) with Ashleigh for 12:30pm today (5/12/2024) with the tooth group mobile clinic at Fraser High School. My sister turned up to the mobile clinic on her scheduled time as I waited in the car and there was no one there. I called Ashleighβs phone number a couple of times and no one picked up. Then Ashleigh texted me to let me know thatβs sheβs away and to drive over to the Peachgrove clinic for my sisters appointment. Iβm super disappointed with the lack of communication and for not being told that no one would be at Fraser for my sisters appointment. We were not informed beforehand that no one would be there. Super disappointed with the lack of communication, itβs not hard to pick up the phone and let patients know whatβs happening or to reschedule to another time/date!
I can not recommend this place enough (I see Ivan). iv had fillings done here and always so happy with the service. I am absolutely petrified of dental work and recently had to get a tooth extracted. Ivan was so patient and understanding, he was so gentle and calming and It was the best experience that it could be. very very grateful.
I hadn't been to the dentist in about six years (too much anticipated anxiety to go) which resulted in 3 visits over two weeks. But, Dr. Esha Arora was absolutely amazing with each visit. Her communication, patience and support towards my treatment was not only professional, but very considerate. Esha took into considerate the nerves with seeing the dentist (because who doesn't feel this way!?). Esha made sure that I understood exactly what the process was of everything she was doing during my treatment and followed by explaining how to brush teeth correctly at the end (I never knew small circular motions, nor the importance of flossing). I now floss several times a week and can definitely tell the difference. As well as teaching my three children the correct way to brush their teeth. I now feel comfortable to plan a regular routine visit to the dentist every 6-12 months. Thank you Esha! Also the tv on the roof was brilliant! Feed back would be to consider a sensory object (stress ball) for patients to use during treatments.
Best Dentist Experience Ever! Had a Root canal completed today. Cannot recommend these guys enough. I went to Flagstaff Dental for my initial appointment for pain where Lisa did a thorough check and put together a dental plan where she outlined all my options and gave her recommendations on the best course of action to having my root canal done by Ivan at the Hamilton branch - being an anxious client I felt well looked after and in confident hands the entire time, having a tv to watch also helps to take your mind off whats happening. I have definitely found my new regular dentist and I will be recommending to others. Also a big shout out to the receptionist who answered all my questions and put my mind at ease when I booked my procedure. Super friendly staff all round!

Welcoming, clean and always able to fit me in. I am a classic βscared of the dentistβ kind of girl, but Dr.Ivan and his team always look after me and talk me thru whatβs happening. I have been several times now and recommend them frequently to anyone looking for a great dentist. Brush your teeth kids!
