   Goes above and beyond. . Our experience with Arno has been incredible. Arno helped us as first home buyers through each step of the process and broke down the steps into easy digestible pieces that we could understand. I had a lot of questions and Arno was always happy to answer them and give his time (sometimes even late in the evening to accommodate) Arno has been such a pleasure to work with , he went above and beyond what would be considered usual work for him , and we really appreciated and felt looked after.
