   I didn't get a chance to rent with them but was so close to it and I know Tim and Mark tried to get me into their property, but I know it all goes down to the owners approval, but I'd like to say the communication with both Mark and Tim were fantastic, any tenant that has these guys as a property manager are very lucky. Also I think you guys need a payrise because the energy, time management, and communication is definitely on point on my books. Cheers
