5 pack of coils only had 4 in it. Keep getting sold the wrong coils as well was sold wrong one yesterday went back Indian guy pretty rube about it then gave me other coil witch is also wrong.

Experienced a shop keeper throwing products at another customer today. Was feeling so validated and unsafe. And had experienced a image because another customer was flashing his junk around the shop . My children in the car are traumatized from this . Please explain yourselves this has been the worst thing to experience in my whole shopping experiences
Pretty average service and knowledge. Went in to get a replacement glass tank for my vape but they had none in stock (fair enough) enquired about a whole new replacement tank/mouthpiece. They had plenty of different ones in stock but the guy said "they all leak" because the air vent holes were at the bottom of the tank whereas my original was at the top. I asked "but why would they leak?" (the new tanks) and he replied.... "gravity I guess". Ended buying a crappy disposable to get me through till I could find an outfit that knew what they were talking about. Wouldn't go back.

Got a disposable vape from here, tried it when got out the door and it tasted like battery acid from puff 1. but apparently no return policy for disposable vapes unless they fully don’t work?? so you go in to spend your money on flavored nicotine, get battery acid instead and they “can’t do anything about it” ?????? Sort your sh¡t out. absolute waste of money
3 behind counter un willing to help one pointed to what I wanted but there were a few different ones no help at all they all carried on talking to one another very disappointed so took my money else where
