   As far as fast food goes Wendys is yum but what happened to customer service. I was waiting in the que to order when a door dash employee came and pushed in front of me without hesitation. The person serving didnt say a thing and continued to serve him. If she was to busy for counter orders she could have at least pointed to the self service machines. I try to avoid using them as i hate that computers are taking jobs but hey when you are just ignored by the employees its the only choice.

   Honestly just amazing, wasn't expecting much at first but once I got it I realized what all my friends had been talking about, packaging felt premium. I ordered a Sweet & Smokey Chicken Burger, Large Fries, and a Large coke for $31.95 on UberEats. The burger was wrapped in a tinfoil packaging, absolutely giant and delicious, the fries were alright, resembled KFC fries but not as good, and the large coke was absolutely massive compared to other restaurants. Overall, highly recommended!

   Very disappointed tonight, myself and my husband ordered Wendy’s (for the first time in forever), on uber eats. When it arrived, I was missing the chicken nuggets (but they gave me the sauce for them!) the drinks and chips were small and half cooked (I ordered all large), and to top it all off, the chicken in my normal chicken burger I ordered (the one I always get) was spicy!!!! I hate spice 100% and was just appalled, our whole order was screwed up, and they closed by the time our order got to us, so couldn’t even call or re order. Gate pa Wendy’s is not somewhere I’d recommend going.

   Ordered the loaded fries & big bacon classic burger. Unfortunately I took the food home before eating, if I'd been in the restaurant I would have demanded a refund. The "loaded fries" were severely undercooked, pale yellow and limp. They were swimming in a watery cheese sauce. Certainly the worst fries I've ever had. The burger was awful, it looked cooked but tasted meaty and raw. The problem: the meat patties were unflavoured and way too fatty. Most of the burger consists of meat, so the overall flavor was raw fatty meat. This is the first time I've ever been to a well-known fast food joint, where eating was an actively unpleasant experience. Completely unacceptable. I will never return.

   Really disappointed with the quality of food that I received here. First they got the order wrong after my husband repeated it, then we got home to not only the wrong order but it was the worst burger and nachos (that I didn't order). Then the manager proceeded to tell me that I should have told her before I got home, it's a takeaway, how did I know how bad it was before I got home? I drove 40 minutes return just for a refund and not the best attitude and still had no dinner for myself and a 4 year old. I won't be returning and I'll stick to Reburger.

   Not much in burger use to be ok but did not taste good any more. Chicken burger dismal bit of lettuce pattie blob mayo in buns. No one dining in restaurant got to wonder? Perhaps it's the toilets they smell bad.

   This place was busy for a Friday. Managed to get through drive-through before it got real busy. Girl on the intercom was kind and sweet. Took our payment promptly and waited for at least 5 minutes before our ordered was handed over. Could tell the chips were fresh because they were nice and hot. Burger was OK and my daughter's chicken nuggets & chips were good too!

   I don't have much to say, but just don't bother. I used to love Wendy's burgers, now it's just a flavourless undersized patty with a dollop of sauce. Asked for a pickle and mustard and was refused, couldn't even pay for it. Ordered a combo, and it's a underwhelming burger, some chips and a litre of soda. Never again.
