    I arrived at the store to collect an order, only to find it had not yet been prepared. At no point was I informed that the order was not ready, despite the understanding that the order would be available at the agreed-upon pickup time. I drove over 20 minutes in heavy traffic based on this expectation. The store failed to uphold its agreement, which includes preparing orders on time and providing timely updates when delays occur. While I understand that stores can become busy, this does not excuse failing to meet the terms agreed to with customers and delivery drivers. Such oversights cause unnecessary inconvenience and reflect poorly on the professionalism of the establishment. I have reported this incident to DoorDash for further review and trust that appropriate steps will be taken to prevent this from happening in the future

    Absolutely appalled at the state of this supermarket today. Got there at 9:00am and met by an almost empty produce department . Around the rest of the store it looked like it was 1/2 an hour before closing rather than early morning. There were only 2 checkouts open with queues already 3 - 4 deep. No urgency showed by any senior staff. Our order was interrupted by a checkout operator change??? Never seen that before. Generally very disappointing experience for Christmas eve.

    Will NEVER be shopping at this store again. Despite the queue being ten trollies deep and only one checkout open there were several staff members standing around having a chat. When another customer said something to them the (I assume manager) huffed and bluntly said something to the effect of "we are busy" I have given this store several chances and this was the last. I think it's less of a business and more of a social club for the several ladies working there.

    Rude checkout manager/supervisor- old lady with pig tails. I took in a frozens product that was poor quality. I had arranged via email with corporate office for a replacement, that all went fine. But manager on duty mid morning 20th October had such a nasty attitude. Super passive aggressive, very snappy when asking about the situation. Was rude to the poor younger trainee that served me first on the checkouts, right in front of the customer. Unprofessional! I made a point of thanking the younger worker for the nice service- in front of the rude manager. As I walked away the rude manager said "YOU'RE WELCOME" in a aggressive tone, offended I hadn't thanked her as well. Quite a common occurrence at this particular Woolworths, hearing older senior staff talking down to younger staff in front of customers. You get a better results from your staff by treating them with dignity, and returning customers when your polite. Disappointing!

    Purchased mandarin form store and af only 3 days they are bad probably were no good yesterday only packed on 28-5-26 And purchased on the 315-25 and now 3-5 25 are bad. Sick and tired of crap fruit for Woolworth this is unacceptable when pay premium price

    The range isn't very good, everything is cramped together, and the pricing is ridiculous. Also, it would be nice if it actually opened at 8 like it says, so that there's not a line of people until 5 past or even 10 past.

    Honestly, this supermarket is the worst I have ever come across. I shop there because it’s closest but I am a fool for doing so. I used the deli once but everything tastes tainted due to the fish counter. The pricing cannot be believed. Just yesterday I picked up teabags on special but was charged full price. If you complain about mis pricing then they just say β€˜it’s a mistake’. They make far too many mistakes. Fresh food is average at best with wilting and past its best frequently left on the shelf. Finally, the staff, there are about four that are super. One of the newer order packers is absolutely awful. She doesn’t acknowledge you and will drive at you, in front of you or through you. Rudest behaviour ever.

    Have you ever watched a sci-fi show where people are getting teleported away and you have no idea where they end up? This is where they end up. It's the most eclectic group of oddballs I've ever seen at once. If I wasn't aware of my humanity, I'd think I was a brick wall upon entering. They all speak to you as if they were doing something much better just before you arrived. I wish them good luck and customer service training.

    Very bad service by the self checkout operator named Christine I believe. I asked for some assistance as the bar code wouldn’t scan for a product I had and she very rudely told me that there was nothing she could do about it because the barcode was damaged and she couldn’t read it demanded me to get another one off the shelf and when I was a little taken back by her rude response she looked at me like I was stupid and said β€œdoes that not make sense?”. Of course it makes sense but I just thought she could have asked a bit nicer and explained the situation better or could have got another staff member to grab one for me. Didn’t appreciate the rude service and rude tone Christine gave me.. staff should be a lot more friendly if something doesn’t scan as it is not the customers fault like she was making out.

    The cashier is quite rude, who is old and fat and with glasses. I think you should be polite to every people who visit your workplace. For those who want to enjoy shopping, I recommend going to another branch or another mart.
