⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved my experience at Cafe Anatolia! The food was incredibly flavorful and fresh β€” the grilled meats were perfectly cooked, and the dips were rich and authentic. The portion sizes were generous. The restaurant was clean, cozy, and had a warm atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re craving delicious Turkish food β€” definitely coming back again soon!

Used to be a regular customer here, they ramped up their prices so much that I won't be returning. On the other hand I always enjoyed the food, many great options for vegetarians and people that love meat. Absolutely loved the girls that served the food during the evening shift. Very helpful and friendly. The place looks really nice and tidy although is does get very cold inside, probably because the walls are made of glass.

Marked down for Being forced to Order at the kiosks, takes so long to go through all the options and extras, Would be nice if you could just make a Normal order over the counter to save ten minutes of mucking around finding what you want. Have been here 3 times recently and I don’t know if there’s new owners or what but the quality has gone completely downhill. The salads looks and tastes like a bag of Pam’s salad mix tipped onto a plate. The meat has no flavour., my kebab was just flavourless, and was lacking any true Turkish ingredients, pretty much just some shredded cabbage with tasteless meat. The halloumi tortilla was also flavourless and soggy A real shame, this place used to serve good food years ago but sadly now becoming such a big franchise it’s just become watered down cheap rubbish. The only reason I gave it a 2nd star was because the serving sizes are really big so you get a decent sized meal for the price

Not actually kebab - meat is fried so VERY fatty (that's the point of kebab - cooked on a vertical spit so fat drains off). Can only order via virtual ordering system, meaning little interaction with staff, so hard to rate them. Cold atmosphere. Composition of kebab was 80% fatty meat, very little salad or sauce. Won't bother with it again

went there expecting a delicious Turkish authentic cuisine , came home realising that they did not live upto my expectations of my meal, I ordered garlic bread x2 , and got cheesy garlic bread, my wife is lactose intolerant and I find this is unacceptable as she was the one wanting it in the first place, I ordered lamb with rice and a salad, and got only lamb, with some rice, completely messed up my order I expect a refund considering I paid $65. Lamb was very dried up and tasted fishy. Reminds me of beef jerky. Tables were very dirty and also had water all of them along side tissues and food scraps.

Great female staff on Wednesday night very helpful focused and skilled. Food was quality close to hospital by bike. Feel refreshed and energised. Healthy food.

Cafe Anatolia is part of popular chain, but new to Tauranga. Its interior is spacious, airy and attractive, although I imagine they will have to put more tables in as more people start coming here. We had both the chicken and the lamb kebabs with 3 sauces (garlic yogurt, hummus and hot chili make an awfully good combination). The first thing we noticed is that the wrap was more of a tortilla than a flat bread, making me want to call it a Turkish "burrito." The second thing we noticed is that they were fabulous. In fact they're rather addicting--we came back again for lunch two days later. Note: if you like desserts they have an impressive selection of bakery goods in their display case, not Turkish but they looked yummy.
