I was given a wrong product via uber and was given one that I can’t have due to the colouring they use I definitely won’t be ordering from this bottle store again Refund was refused and swapping also refused by both bottle store and uber

Pathetic shop. Ordered from Uber eats and they didn't have the item. I asked if they can give a replacement (which other shops usually do), refused. I cancelled but Uber isn't cancelling my order because of some reason I am unaware of. Tried to contact the shop many times, shared receipts, but nothing. They won't even cancel from their end. My money got stuck and Uber keeps sending drivers to this shop. Pathetic!!!!
Its liquor that is well priced and there is a wide selection. The staff are always sweet and very polite. Definatley recommended to everyone in the phillipstown/woolston/lindwood area. Really nice family run business. Putting money back into our community. Thank you for your kind service!
