The girl was lovely helping me find a dress but said it would arrive from Auk to Hamilton later than what she had promised. The reason for lateness being due to the “girl in Aukland not sending it promptly.” I had to pay upfront, I didn’t love this as I still don’t have the dress and a refund was not smooth, actually I’m not sure if they have even issued it. I made it clear I need it for a certain timeframe so I don’t like being told the dress would arrive on time and being asked to pay for it without it arriving yet. Then to be told “a refund is hard”
