   I have been shopping at Rodd and Guns in Auckland for the past 4–5 years, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The staff member named Reena was extremely unprofessional—her communication skills are non-existent, and she seemed to act as if she were on some power trip. I did not expect such treatment from a store I’ve considered reputable. Even Kmart staff provide far better customer service. Reena was rude and used foul language. I came to do my Christmas shopping but left without buying anything, as I refuse to spend a single penny at a place where customers are disrespected and treated so poorly. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses their staff behaviour , as this level of service is unacceptable. Never going back until they replace her

   I had the best experience in the Rodd and Gunn centre place store, the young lady April that served my husband and I was so lovely and helpful, she ran around the store looking for items for my husband. We are so appreciative of your service. We will definitely be coming to visit again.
