Ordered a pair of shorts only for it to be canceled?! When asked to go into store to purchase for sale price as it had been cancelled they declined my request. Poor customer service!
RJ was helpful and pleasant to talk to. Made a great suggestion for some pants that were the most comfortable option I've tried in a long time. Helped me out with the price too, can't complain there.
I’ve been to the shop a couple of times and the service is very bipolar. Some of the staff is really lovely but I’m the hands sometime off as really unfriendly. overall they have some really good clothes and I would recommend shopping from them.
Don't bother with the store. They have online only sales the store won't price match. Same product same size, identical. Disgusting anti-environment and data gathering practise. Also previously signed my mobile number up for advertising that I had to send a paid txt reply to stop. No consent or declaration. Disrespectful. Edit: I emailed the team as requested below. They claimed the "recent sale" was After Pay only. However they have discounts with no such conditions on their website right now that are not available in store. If they'd just look at their own website... They acted like they did not trigger or know about the txt campaign and want to "investigate". Their response to their data grabbing concerns was to link their privacy policy so I could "understand" what they're doing. It's pretty simple, this is a company run by people who focus on the numbers in their spreadsheets above all else. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is up to. And they're hoarding data at the cost of the in store customer experience.
Always nice staff. Clothes are always better quality than other shops, especially for teenage boys.
Went there twice in one day as the product was good, yet both times no one wanted to help. 4 staff around counter just chatting to each other. Out of 7 changing rooms only 3 could be used as filled with racks of clothes. Entire place was a mess yet obviously that isn't priority.
The handsome man named Etan?? Gave exceptional service suiting me up. Made me go from a bum to looking like channing tatum. Would've kissed him
