I've visited this store many times, and I've mostly encountered friendly staff. However, I remember one time when a girl who was not so enthusiastic and welcoming may have needed more education on being kind.

Went in today and what welcoming, polite and helpful staff. After being in a few shops at the base and not getting the best service, l walk into jay jays and what a difference, wishing you all a very merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year
Visited today super nice and friendly staff. I was looking for manager to give a review about the girl at door. The way she welcomed me and my daughter was excellent. In the meantime 2 more staff members approached me and ask me if i need any help. I have never seen this type of staff combination.
