   so I went at the centre place dotti to get an exchange from my online purchase n both the sales assistant was extremely rude especially their store manager as she looked at me n my dress size… she refused to give me a refund since i purchased em online through Afterpay n when i showed her their return policy she wasn’t happy n told me i cant get a refund back from my Afterpay card but can go through my normal card which is unfair since I paid it through after pay… hope yall can learn some customer service!

   Hello, Good Afternoon I did a lot of shopping today, bought winter clothes. The assistant Manager Shinu was really good with assisting and looking for appropriate size that fits me well. Had I appreciate to say that she folded my clothes nicely, that fitted well into my shopping bag. Nice customer service experience.

   The staff at this store are so lovely and accommodating! A staff member helped me with finding a pair of jeans on Monday arvo (21/08) when I couldn't find my size, she made me feel comfortable going in and out of the changing room trying different things on. I don't know her name but she is definitely an asset to your team! I will be back to shop again for sure.

   It was surprisingly lovely. The new girls at the centre place store are a lot better compared to the snobby Cleopatra wanna be indian girl that was working there before, that one you could tell from a mile away she'd rather you shop somewhere else and shoo you away 15 minutes before closing. The customer service is back, I was greeted by a lovely little asian girl with a friendly smile and the one that served me promoted their sales and was doing small talk, I don't really care for small talks but often it changes your experience in a store, so I am pleased ☺️

   Amazing customer service as always. Greets me upon entry, takes my items to the changing rooms and then checks on me to see if I need other sizes. Once I’m done trying things on the workers grab the items placing what I want at the counter and why I don’t back for me.

   I usually come in Dotti every time I have occasions happening and usually everything is good but this is the second time I’ve been judge… I went in on Saturday and because I wasn’t dressed up and was only in gym tights and a hoodie the Asian lady had been waiting in the changing room for me most the time next to my partner and my baby then once I got out she said “I’ll put these back for you” I said “no I’m grabbing these” she goes “aww well I’ll put it behind the counter for you” She then did and then went back to the clothes racks… like why didn’t you go to the other ladies in the changing room because there were heaps of us in there. I’ve never had the ladies in there ever take my stuff behind the counter or come up to me the way you did

   I was shopping for a fur coat today around 1, and the person who served me was so helpful, i was trying to finds coats my size and found one I liked, then they went in the back to get me a size that'll fit. I love them
