I used Dakota tiles for our new build and Nat and her team were brilliant! She helped me with design ideas and then steered me towards tiles that matched my budget. Nat was super helpful when it came to choosing a tiler and all the little details - made the job super stress free!
A good range of tiles to choose from, well presented on the website. I was impressed with the wonderful service I got from Dakota Tiles. My queries by email were responded to quickly making for easy communication. Samples arrived in 2 days and the tiles I selected 4 days later!!

They have a good range of different tiles for different styles. Nat was very helpful in selecting the right grout, silicone and trims to match our tile choices. The end result looks amazing!!
Thank you to the team at Dakota Tiles. Their range of samples was great and very helpful to make a decision on which tile to use to renovate my bathroom, laundry & ensuite. They're so friendly and recommended a range of tilers so I could get comparison quotes for the install. I was thrilled to be able to support a local company as the Christchurch ones I visited weren't up to much....
Poor customer service. After spending more than 10k with Dakota Tiles they charged us a $600 return fee on tiles that did not match the original tiles they supplied and denied they were at fault. Our tiler told us to fight it but we didn't have time with the pressure of building a house. You try to do the right thing and support local but get s**t on. Ended up going to the bigger guys in Chch to supply the remainder of our tiles. Same range, better customer service and cheaper. Wish we went to the bigger company to start with.

This is the second time we have used Dakota tiles as a part of renovations. Natalie is amazing to deal with, and nothing is an issue. Great service with excellent advice. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
