Have their own brand of battery powered tools. Cheap in comparison to well known brands but awesome for backyard mechanics!!

I was impressed with a staff member's excellent customer service recently. It was at the Hornby branch. I'd purchased a concrete mixer some years ago and it needed a simple repair. Usually it's expected that the customer would bring the equipment into the store. However, I was unable to do this so since I lived a short distance away, this staff member popped in and within 10 minutes had the thing working well again. I was so grateful for this exemplary effort. The staff in general are informative and helpful too. We'll done guys and gals.
