Everything is always done to the utmost highest standard, i have always used the team for any servicing or mechanical repairs i could not carry out myself, and have always left with full confidence that any work carried out is always done as if the car was their own. Been using these guys for years with no issues. Book my car in for a WOF and an oil change to save me time over the weekend. Went to collect my car and questioned the bill @ $394.50 for a WOF and oil change! Old mate behind the counter replied snarky “we don’t do oil changes mate, we only do full services” If that was the case it should have been communicated on the phone when booking and I would have done it myself over the weekend. Won’t be going back..
Tried to contact them but they were horrendously rude and useless on the phone, not willing to help at all. So we never went with them, a million better mechanics around! Definitely not worth going there, they lost business because they were so awful on the phone. Wish I could rate them 0 stars.
