   Came to this place a couple weeks ago as a new patient, Wouldn’t recommend. Had toothache and explained my symptoms to one of the dentists there. They asked about my background on the assumption of whether or not i could afford expensive treatment. Was told i had gum recession and after was rushed out with desensitising tooth paste because it was the cheapest option. Felt pretty unprofessional to be honest and didn’t ask for the cheapest option either. Have just gone to another dentist due to persisting pain and have been told that i had visible tooth fractures that were easily noticeable and am now receiving proper treatment. So in conclusion, ended up paying to see a dentist that gave me a wrong diagnosis and pushed me out due to my financial background. Nice.

   EDIT (because you can't reply to replies). I booked a hygenist visit with someone I had a good experience with previously. About 5 minutes after booking I was called up to say 'we can't make that appointment time, can we do 15 minutes later?' I agreed, assuming it would be the same person. I arrived only to find that I had been rebooked with someone else, and it was too late to rebook or face paying for it anyway. So I went in for the appointment. The hygenist was pretty rude to me and made me feel very uncomfortable.

I can highly recommend John as a dentist who has done major work on my purly whites over the years which has not been an easy task but with his knowledge and determination has transformed my mouth and I am so happy. I have been coming to John for many years and he has always made me feel comfortable and anxiety free. I am beyond pleased with the excellent care I have received not only from John but his whole team. John is very professional, yet personable and does amazing work and I have complete confidence in his abilities to quickly perform his work with integrity. It is so important to have trust in your dentist and if you are in need of a great dentist, then this is the place to be.
