Great service. I was a walk in and they were able to fit me in. Loved my freshly washed and dried hair with soft curls. My service was completed by a junior trainee but she did a fantastic job and was very competent.
Went in for a wash, cut and blow dry with Pearl and had a wonderful experience, she did not make me feel self conscious in anyway due to my hair condition and allowed to me feel super comfortable, will definitely visit again :) would highly recommend Pearl!
Aleisha was an absolute star (Hornby branch) I booked an appointment on the same day. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, and didn’t judge my faux pas. She delivered a great cut (it had been 2 years since my last cut!) as well as offering & supplying extra treatments for a great cost! Treat yourself, you’re worth it! I’ll be back!
What a lovely experience at their first evening event. I loved getting hair advice from staff who had the same thick curly hair as me. Very informative, great food, games and we made new friends. Will recommend to friends for their next event.
I've followed my hairdresser for years from ferrymead to hornby.. she cuts and foils my hair exactly how i want it..and may I say it's not a generic style or colour..very different .
Have edited my review to 5 star from 1 star. I had a major bad hair experience from Tiffany, but I rung and told them of my experience and the manager was so apologetic and happy to sort me out to come in again and get another colour. Which I am so very happy with the manager was exceptional and done a top job. I now will be back but will check who I book in with for my colour.
The best Senior Stylist I have ever come across in New Zealand. This is the 3rd time I have seen Casey (the first time was at The Palms before it closed when she helped correct my hair that another hairdresser hadn't do so well). She is excellent at listening to exactly what you want and I am quite surprised reading some of the reviews on here. I wish we had taken before and after photos as I could not be happier with the cut & colour! Will definitely be back again :)
Spend $500.00 for a 1st year student to be touching my hair I had shampoo and things lefted in my my ear.. I found the guy and the young girl doing very rude. I hate my hair I showed them what I wanted and what I have isn't what I wanted. Way to short, paid alot money to feel disappointed . They used boards when foiling my hair it was pulling couldn't tell they wouldn't care.. the guy was very rude and not nice at worst place I've ever been and will not be back. I got charged full price for some one to be trained I'm foaming
