   I was excited to try this salon after seeing their balayage portfolio and great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t come close to what was advertised or expected for the price I paid. I booked in for a blonde balayage, brought clear reference photos, and trusted the expertise they claim to have. The entire appointment (lightening, washing, blow-drying) was rushed through in just over an hour. My hair only has color through the mid-lengths and ends, with my natural color left untouched through the top and sides. It looks more like half-head foils that were done in a hurry since they had another client waiting rather than a full balayage. There is no smooth gradient or blend like the examples in their portfolio. I returned to the salon to ask for this to be fixed, and the only option offered was a toning which they warned wouldn’t address the problem. I fel like i was being pressured to just accept the result and move on. For the price I paid, I expected a professional, blended balayage with proper attention to detail, I left feeling disappointed and scammed.
