The customer service here at the cutting room is amazing. All the ladies are so efficient and the space is lovely, tidy and clean. I always have a good experience getting my trims done regulary, Julie is amazing! Everyone is lovely there and do such a good job. I recommend the cutting room to everyone. It was an amazing experience and they made it everything. I had been growing my hair for 3 years and now have decided to cut it for cancer. They where very kind and understanding of what I wished for and the amount of positive comments I have gotten from my hair is still rising. If your in the area and need a cut, this is definitely the place to go. Am going to recommend to all my friends.

came in as my normal hair dresser was busy. Thought I would give you a go. Lady took very little off and shaped the back. I explained I needed weight out of the top. When I left it looked ok. She charged me $45 for a new style which I didn’t argue with because I could not be bothered. First wash and my hair is disgusting. Can not do anything with it. comments from clients and family and friends is “what have you done to your hair” I am so embarrassed that I now have to go and pay again to get it looking half decent. I am-so embarrassed and few like every one is staring at me. Would not at all recommend you to anyone.
I had a lovely experience getting my hair cut here. The lady who cut my hair (I didnt get her name but she also works with horses) was thorough about what I was wanting, clear about pricing and checked everything was looking good. Overall a good experience!
Great haircuts for hubby and myself today,very happy with the results and both ladies hada great sense of humour ,fantastic atmosphere.
