   I took my Toyota Hiace to Toyota Miles Christchurch for a service, expecting proper work from an official Toyota dealership. Big mistake. The bill was ridiculously high, and yet the basic fluid levels weren’t done correctly. Even worse, they used the wrong transmission fluid for my van – something that could have caused serious damage if I hadn’t picked it up myself. Pretty disappointing overall. When you go to a Toyota dealership, you expect professional work and the right fluids and parts. That definitely didn’t happen here. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

   Excellent & friendly customer service. - great reminders - helpful curtesy car - efficient service - easy process We’ve been with Miles in town for a few years but made the shift to the airport branch because we moved house. Initially I was a bit nervous because we’d had such amazing service in town- however I didn’t need to worry. The airport branch is friendly, helpful and efficient. As someone who knows nothing about cars I’m pleased to have them looking out for us.

Fantastic communication from the team in front when it comes to bookings. Down to earth, unlike the team in town. High quality work, great pricing. Highly recommend if you need your Toyota looked at. Handy location, no traffic and parking available. They also offer loan vehicles.
