Amazing store . Visited these guys a few weeks ago for a stick vacuum and the guys who served me were friendly and helpful
Went in there to get some advice for my wool loop pile carpet, walked out with the top of the line German Sebo Vacuum Cleaner. The service was exceptionally good, no wonder why they are one stop shop vacuum shop in Christchurch.
Manager need to respect customer, I spend $300 on carpet cleaner and it’s leak all on my carpet and very unhappy so took back and it’s over a week old. He won’t refund as said it still working. Getting annoying to clean up the water on carpet and dump smell my house. Bought new one from Harvey Norman, so much better but shame that I waste my money on about clean! If you have any problem they won’t refund back to you if you use it! Just be careful!
Great service, knowledgeable team, going the extra mile for their customers. Even brought the vacuum cleaner to my car and loaded it, just because this is the way to provide full service. Highly recommend seeing these guys when you need a new vacuum or spot cleaner. They will even go over every feature of your new vacuum and make sure you understand everything.
