   Tried the haloumi burger, with egg, avo and onion jam, this was yummy. Glad I tried it. Would definitely recommend.

   I spent $80+ on this place via uber eats. Took them over half an hour to prepare 3 chunks of rotting cauliflower on stale rice, cold chicken, one falafel puck and a tiny bit of avocado. The smoothie I got tastes like half a banana blended with ice and water. This place doesn't hire people that care at all, and I am disgusted. DO NOT EAT HERE.

   I placed an online order. I ordered a falafel wrap and my partner ordered a chicken salad. We arrived home and I took a bite of my wrap. My wrap was chicken and my partners salad was falafel. I was seriously upset by this given I am a vegetarian. I phoned the store about 6 times but did not get through so I had to drive down. I went in and told the lady what had happened and she said she would make the order again. I waited in my car for about 10 minutes. I went inside to get the order and the lady said she hadn’t started making it because she had forgotten the order. I waited yet again. Not happy!

   I work on Te Rapa Straight and visit Pita Pit multiple times a week, every week. I have never had anything other than outstanding and at times even personalized service. The staff are friendly and efficient whether they are working at a normal pace or rushed off their feet which they often are during peak lunch hours. I feel Pita Pit Te Rapa is one of the few takeaway outlets that provide consistently fresh delicious food and I will continue to dine there regularly.

   I've visited this store 3 days in a row, this week. On the first day, I got told off for not telling the staff member I didn't want all the fillings - I expected to be asked as she went along, as in the case of other PP stores. She handled cash with gloved hands and proceded to cook without a glove change. Yesterday, great service by an older staff member - all good. Today, the staff member ignored my request for a very small amount of sauce, instead she drenched it. The lettuce container was nearly empty, and rather than refill it, she just used the dregs. I don't get a lot of fillings, so this was disappointing. I asked for no onion, and got onion.... For $16.90, its sad. The staff member does have a bright & happy demeanor though. However, I'll go elsewhere from now on.

   Came and ordered a chicken regular pita for the freshness and health. Once I had paid I saw how old and gross all the veges looked. Tasted old all right and had a slimy feel to them too as veges go when they get old so I threw it in the bin after 2 bites and grabbed a burger elsewhere. A shame as I eat at Pita Pit often.
