   Asked for french tip, got fully white nails. Didn’t get the shape I asked for. Absolutely ripped into my nail beds, made my cuticles bleed and took no precautions when I said it hurt.

   My daughter went to forever nails beachlands to start they charged her $20 more than what they told her at the beginning of the appointment. Customer service was bad. They did not listen to the shape she wanted. Her nails started lifting after just a few days. I do not recomend.

   The lady I got was very distracted by the tv. Didn’t do a good job on my pedicure. Hasn’t gone all the way down and also didn’t do enough coats. Both my pinky toe nails aren’t fully covered. Paid $55 for this. Feeling rather ripped off.

   I’m a local and I’ve wanted to try this place for a while. I was hoping this would be my new local relaxation spot, regrettably I was left underwhelmed. I opted for a delux Mani and Pedi for $80. Once I sat in the massage chair to let my feet soak I was handed the basket of colours to choose from, a few seconds later I was made to feel rushed to pick a colour. The rest of the pedicure was relaxing. The technician I had seemed distracted and wanted to be anywhere but the nail saloon. After doing a half decent job on my cuticles she reached for the polish, so I had to stop her. The technician next to me kindly offered to fix what was obviously a mess. I was grateful for this. All in all I was left feeling ripped off.

   2 weeks ago I went in for acrylic nails. Staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. No prep was done before the acrylics were applied, no clean, or cut, nothing! Three of the acrylics have popped off as of now. Regular acrylic nails cost $53 here or something around that, I paid $70 the lady doing my nails said it was better, lasted longer and made the nails shinier. Application was quick and rushed. Never coming back here, terrible experience, bad quality and service :(
