   Took my daughter to get her ears pierced this week, the girl who did it had absolutely shocking customer service and not only did she screw up the piercing on my 10 year old, she didnt bother to help after her ear wouldnt stop bleeding. Aneesha 1/10 service absolutely shocking.

   My daughter got her ears pierced by Annie @ Botany store and she was so beautiful!! Made my daughter and I feel so comfortable, complimenting us and done an amazing job. My daughter and I loved her, we will definitely be back!! Also her colleague Anne served us, helped get everything prepared and engaged in conversation with us as well. Have Always loved Lovisa and their employees!
