Absolutely appalling experience at this clinic. I called on Saturday to book the High Performance Microderm - Face facial because it was on promotion. The girl I spoke to on the phone was lovely and confirmed an appointment for Monday at 2:20 pm. I specifically booked that time and agreed to the promotional price. I travelled all the way from Takanini to Botany, only to arrive and be told by the receptionist that no appointment existed. When I explained that I called on Saturday and had a confirmed booking, she said the girl who took my call was “new” and never actually booked it. Mistakes happen and I understand that. But when I asked what could be done, there was nothing they could offer. Then I asked if I rebooked obviously I would get the original promotion which they said they would not honour the promotion, because it “ended on Sunday.” Excuse me? I booked within the promotion period, agreed to it on the phone, and it was their staff’s failure that it wasn’t entered. Now I’m being punished for THEIR mistake. The receptionist then tried to suggest maybe the first girl “told me” about this, which she didn’t just like she didn’t actually book the appointment. The manager wasn’t working that day, and I was told even if I came back tomorrow, they’d likely refuse to honour the promotion anyway. This level of incompetence is insane. I was brought to tears from frustration for no reason other than a company refusing to take responsibility for its own mistakes. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not go here. Their “customer service” is a joke, their staff clearly don’t communicate internally, and they have zero accountability.
A week ago, Lindsay and Dasha treated me with my first laser treatment. I was quite pleased with the level of professionalism and service I received. They were not only exceedingly welcoming, but they also helped me feel really at ease. They have my full endorsement and I will most certainly be back!

I have been going for a couple of treatments over the past few months and just loved every minute of the service received from your Therapist, Lindsay van Wyk. With my first treatment, I did not know what to expect. She made me feel extremely comfortable. From receiving me at the reception area to the end of the treatment. She is highly professional, extremely kind and definately knows what she is doing. I can highly recommend seeing Lindsay for your treatments. She is very thorough and you can be assured with her, that you are getting the treatment you paying for.
I have been a loyal client for 5 years since 2019, always been amazing service, until today with the new manager, Leanne. I was a few minutes late and got some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my ENTIRE LIFE! Horrendously rude treatment by the clinic's manager accusing me of not being a responsible customer or adult for being 7 minutes late in Auckland peak hour traffic, despite calling and letting the clinic know i'd be 5 minutes late ! What a waste of time going to get a treatment and saying oops sorry, we can't treat you, we don't care about you as a customer!
