Wouldn't recommend for nails as they aren't set up to do manicures (was done on a bed with a towel under my hands), gel nails lasted 4 days and was charged $80! Such a shame, it looks like a lovely spa otherwise.
WOW I am so glad to have found this place. Just had the best facial ever (their signature facial). So very relaxing and I could feel the benefits instantly with the techniques being used on my skin. The products all feel and smell amazing. A very calm and caring environment to be in. Loved getting a neck, shoulder and head massage while one of my cream treatments was on my face. Just lovely. I'll be back very soon for another facial and a massage!! Thank you!
I recently passed by Image Oasis Medispa in Botany Town Centre and spontaneously decided to stop in to inquire about an eyebrow wax and tint. Having never used their services before, I took a chance, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff welcomed me warmly and were able to assist me right away. As a busy mom of three, lying on the treatment bed with soothing background music felt like a mini holiday—pure bliss! The beautician who worked with me was incredibly kind and professional, offering thoughtful suggestions that actually saved me money rather than upselling unnecessary services. I was thrilled with the final result; my brows looked amazing! I’ll definitely be returning to Image Oasis for their exceptional service and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I was gifted a 70-minute pamper package, and the treatment lasted only 55 minutes. In addition, the Swedish Massage was relatively poor and too soft. I received good attention and the centre is clean and well-maintained, but I did not enjoy my birthday gift.
Had a great experience with Francis. I had a fabulous hour long massage. Francis was attentive and had the perfect pressure. I left relaxed, refreshed and eager to re-book. I'll be back!
I'm a returning customer for 4 years. The facials here are always good especially because they do body massage while the face mask is sitting, not just leaving you alone with it and come back in the end to finish up treatment like some places do. And I like the meso products they use!
I've been getting my eyebrows shaped here for 7 years. Their threading services are amazing, especially by the likes of Shika (currently on mat leave), but all of them are wonderful! Lovely, friendly service and booking communications, too :)
I have been going here for years for massages, and recently began going to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and my eyelashes tinted too. The service is always so professional and I never walk away disappointed! I highly recommend Image Oasis.
