   Absolute pain to communicate with, they never reply to emails and if you call them you will wait 2 months before they come back to you. I used them for a blocked drain and it took them 5 months to send me an uncomplete report that watercare won't consider.

   Plumbing work was completely adequate. Invoicing me almost 20% over the quoted amount without notice and then refusing to reply to any communications about this until sending it to a debt collector was not appreciated. Lesson learnt on the construction act; pay the quoted amount and let the company dispute it.
