The course was well-planned and easy to follow. It was fun meeting everyone online every Wednesday. Martin was an excellent teacher. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn about contact center operations.

   Experienced with the online contact centre was interesting. This online course is flexible and amazing because I get to meet my class and Tutor online . Learning using technology and cooperating while using teams. I have learned a lot from each and everyone from my online class such as helping each other while studying,co-operate as a team, managing and building skills and knowledge together . Resourcing skills to manage and how to obtained stress free while working in a contact centre.. On-line Contact Centre course is absolutely magnificent.... I was nervous at the beginning but afterwards the course find courageous and bring out the best of me from some of the course areas that I did not see at the beginning of the course. Overall , it's a great course to prepare for going in a real life experience as a customer service representative and working in a contact centre. I advise you'd never know how amazing and astonishing it is of taking this online contact centre unless you try. Thank you Solomon group ....

   I enjoyed every part of this course; it was fun meeting everyone via online and taking part in our class meetings every Wednesday. I am usually an introvert, and it was so cool to meet new friends and interact with people even though we haven't met in real life it feels like we had already. Learning how to communicate and active listening teaches me basic life skills. I loved this course very much call center operations level 3, Solomon group has been very helpful and very accommodating to me and I am very grateful for everything, especially to our tutor Martin Fox, he is the best!

   My studying experience with Solomon was amazing I didn't know what to expect going into this course, but I was so glad I applied. Martin was my tutor, and he welcomed me with open arms truly an expert in his field and genuinely passionate about teaching all about the Contact Centre industry. I came away with a ton of knowledge, and confidence, made some great friends, and had the coolest tutor around. You will be well-supported and in great hands.    Islander Receptionist/admin at the manurewa campus is a stuck up mole. Humiliated me in front of the entire class and stood there and smiled like she was pleased. So i quit my course.. congratulations mole, you ruined my future.

   Poor communication!!!!!! It's been a month and nothing. Called multiple times, only to find out application hasn't been processed or looked at. Team in Whangarei was more helpful then the team in Auckland. Kept receiving the incorrect information, runaround from management.

   Scraped the bottom of the barrel was much my experience with this woman Jenny from this group. Phoned NZ Police to report breach of privacy after advising her I've no further interest due her lack of integrity whereby she continued to phone me. We shall challenge this unethical platform on investigation via the Ombudsman.

   Solomon Group Panmure were not helpful at all, felt like they didn't actually care about me & when I needed help, I got the phone hung up on me. Would not recommend.

   We had a high recommendation for an employee from this group, who we then hired. He stole money from us within two weeks and they were completely useless to even try to sort anything out.
