   An awesome representative of Ritchies company… I was parked at Papakura NW when an older guy with missing teeth driving a white station wagon with Ritchies signage, decided to verbally abuse me and my dog. He apparently thought he was being attacked by a pitbull, but the chihuahua was simply barking at him through a slightly open window as he was getting into his car. Not a very good representative for Ritchies, if they cannot control their Karen.

   Struggled hearing lady, had heavy accent as she spoke so quietly. Wanted a rough quote of a bus higher for elderly retired people who do not all have emails let alone computer. Your company would not give phone quote. Wanted an email. So we went somewhere else.

   Recently we took a large group of young school children on a trip. Merv, our driver, was just wonderful. Not only was his driving up to a good standard but he proved to be kind and very considerate as well. And then, when we went on a 2nd trip that week, our pleasure at finding out he was our driver again, was immense. Thank you, Merv.

   My daughter booked a bus from Murphy Buses in Papakura, to take us into town for her sister's 21st Birthday dinner. The bus didn't look like much on the outside, however was nice and clean, and very nice decor, inside. Dave, our driver was great. Lovely personality, awesome driver. Very professional, and very accomodating. Was on time and pick us up on time. Awesome ride. Thank you Dave, on behalf of my family. Will definitely use this bus company again.
