   Booked a scond job once the leak was assessed and fixed. Regency Plumbing The quality and service of Jots' work this morning is 5star. Got got it all sorted for us with efficiency as always. The price caught me off guard this time round, however I should have requested a quote before the work was carried out. Will definitely be booking the team once I set a date for an overdue bathroom reno.

   James from Regency Plumbing came to install a gas hot water system for us. At every step of the job we were informed to what was happening and the time frame for this. James was very professional and did an excellent job. The install was clean and tidy. He even took great care to not disrupt the wife's garden where he was working. We are greatly impressed and will not hesitate to get Regency Plumbing back to to do any further plumbing jobs. James is a credit to your company. Many thanks.

   Our experience with regency plumbing was very positive. I was skeptical about the designs at first but it all went beyond my expectations and have been loving everything about them. Jack, who was our project manager, conducted himself with amazing professionalism and made the renovations 10x less stressful then they would’ve been if we had to be in charge of getting different trades and coordinating dates. The team did amazingly and we are very happy with our bathrooms and the extra work they were able to do as well.

   Thank you Pete, Kyle and the Regency team for providing an all-in-one solution to our bathroom headache. We had an internal/ gradual leak in the bathroom wall which meant that the small and challenging space needed to be waterproofed etc. There were some issues and tweaks needed along the way, but all sorted promptly by Regency. Really appreaciate the new shower, project management + rubbish removal. Cost 15k total. Highly recommended :)

   Big thanks to Jack and the weekend team for sorting our emergency plumbing situation. Had a reduction valve that went completely and left us in a major situation. On a Saturday evening we got prompt help and the problem was solved within an hour. Jack was very fast and helpful, clearly explaining the situation and any aftercare requirements. Very impressive to learn he had the required part in his van as well. Such level of service is rare but so appreciated when you experience it. Thanks again for the help and the very honest price. Give Jack my regards. He's a great tradie and hard worker.
