Excellent friendly in store service. If they don't have something in store they are happy to source it for me. It's great that I can have my order delivered rurally as it can be challenging to get out to source high quality organic products. Also, they have a great Keto range which is a bonus. I highly recommend Black Bean Foods - these days, customer service is generally quite poor in all sectors but Black Bean always treats me as a valued customer and goes above and beyond to make my shopping experience positive.
Amazing organic food shop, with a fabulous selection to suit a variety of dietary needs from gluten free, keto, paleo, dairy free, vegan to vegetarian and so much more. They have a large range of dried food goods too. Take your reusable containers to be more sustainable. Awesome customer service, staff are very knowledgeable too.
