   (2/11/25)Very disappointed with the service at life pharmacy(next door to the bags shop)The staff were unhelpful and quite rude. I felt nervous and uncomfortable while asking for assistance. No one tried to help properly. Really poor experience, won’t be coming back.

   Poor customer service. Placed an online order for this pharmacy, specifically because the website stated they have stock. Received a call to say that I made a mistake ordering from here and they don’t even stock this size. I asked for help with a refund and the lady told me they don’t help with that. Now I have been charged $140 right before Christmas. No apology or anything.

   Ok place to buy some products. Would be better if the ladies there didn't grab products from your hands the moment you pick something from the shelf, treating you like you're there to steal from them. That and high prices. Otherwise okay.

   I went in for the first time today and I was served by what I thought was a lovely lady. We were just going in for some papaw lip cream. Ive been buying it for years. Made in Brisbane Australia. Only 6 ingredients. Very popular in aussie...anyway the women continued to push another product saying it had no chemicals etc. Anyway long story short, she was very pushy and had no idea what she was talking about and couldn't tell me where the other cream was even made. She also said to my daughter while she proceeds to purchase the product we went in to buy and said she would never use it on her lips ,knowing very well my daughter was buying it for her dry lips. So rude and will never shop there again.

   I’ve now had two negative situations this pharmacy tried to decline giving me Panadol because I could buy it over the counter due to it being written by a specialist weeks ago Today I was told by the herbalist when I asked for advice if cold compresses work for tension headaches decided it was because of medical conditions related to being female not the clinically diagnosed condition which causes it and then tried to give me probiotics and magnesium when all I wanted was to know was would a cold compresses work They definitely deserve a low star rating and would recommend avoiding this pharmacy and going down to chemist warehouse who were actually helpful and gave me some advice without trying to get me to take supplements that medically I have to run through my doctors before taking

   The younger pharmacy staff were lovely, however, Afaf really ruined our experience here. Saying to our face that it's "not our problem" whilst specifically instructing her staff member not to help us is degrading, rude and disrespectful. She does not have the mannerisms required to be working in healthcare, talking with customers or, from the sounds of it, managing staff.

   BE AWARE! SCAM PRICE! It was on Xmas eve, i was doing my last minute shopping. I choose the Jucy Couture Rosy EDP 30ml and it displays as $39. I have the photo taken attached. Girl at the counter scanned the barcode and asked me to pay $39, then I asked her to take the tag off and wrap it as a gift. When she took the tag at the bottom it was labelled $119 so she wants to double check. That's nothing wrong with the girl. Then She came back said they have two labels for some reason. She can only gave me $59.95 and she asked the supervisor. I said No and asked her talk to the manager - they need to honour the $39. The manager is very rude and has whatever attitude and saying they have legal right shxt. On the photo, the juicy couture labelled for both product and she insists $39 is only for the red bottle. Come on, I am not blind and can't take the blatant lie like this. Later I went to Life Pharmacy Sylvia Park, their price is $39 for both and I purchased from there. BOTANY store is SCAM, how many people won't check the price will overpay items that they buying. I made a complaint to Life Pharmacy parent company - Green Cross Health, they stated each store is owner operated and they can't do much. Parent company did some investigation anyway and turns out the rude manager is the OWNER. She told the parent company I was yelling and shouting on that day - what a joke! You call voicing a little bit is yelling. What I call you sending 3 staff harassing around on the day - Bully? Its a shame being a business owner like this and you fade the Life Pharmacy brand! Making up stories is what you are good at and nothingelse. Btw, I shop later in Chemist Warehouse, their Normal Retal Price is $39. Who will shop with you again with nasty attitude and we fight for discount? Best luck for your business and wish you can treat customer as human beings!

   Rude and harassing staff. Cant even take 2 minutes to browse through products without getting harrassed by 3 staff members, one in particular who can't seem to understand 'no thank you' then proceeds to give you (the customer) 'attitude' in return. Also tried to return a sealed item, still in original packaging with receipt the very next day (not medication) and they would not grant a refund even if the return was within their own policy. The staff are incompetent with regards to customer service, clueless on how to treat members of the public. Do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

   The management staff in particular are absolutely unreasonable and unwilling to support community members when it comes to their 'Return and refund policy'- buyers beware. They have no problem accepting your money however if you return perfectly fine items that are still sealed they refuse to return your money thus holding your purchase ransom with store credit.
