   I have been reading these reviews. I have had a girlfriend who brought one of there 12 months contract treatments. Due to lockdowns she was forgotten about. My girlfriend stopped her payments (because no contact ) and then the owner took her to debt collection. She has paid $4000 for only 2 months treatment (10 months left ) and has been treated like it’s all her fault. This business needs to be avoided because it is all about the money. I will tell everybody I know to avoid this con artist. If my girlfriend actually had some money she would employ a lawyer. Also the owner told my girlfriend that she had Facebook stalked her and told her pay because they had mutual friends !! Threats !! Keep away

   The treatments have left my skin worse off than before on more than 2 occasions. I have had to go back and spend on average $140 to buy products I usually wouldn’t need with very little concern if any from the staff on the counter at the time. Andrea who was my therapist was lovely but that is not why I wanted a health plan. The aim is better skin not more issues.

   I have had three bad experiences going to this place and the manager is shocking in terms of customer service so rude and not understanding at all. Staff are obviously made to push the payment plans they offer for treatments and they also force you to pay for a missed appointment if you don’t get in touch in 24 hours (treatments are already very expensive without having to pay extra ). They harass you when confirming appointments with constant texts emails and phone calls from staff and the manager . Other Caci clinics maybe better but this one is terrible !!!! I wish I had read reviews before spending money here.

   Very disappointed. I can't even rate their treatments as they had somehow forgotten to book me in for my facial. Not what I needed in the lead up to my wedding! Obviously they don't need customers. Go elsewhere!
