Had a few problems with the staff, I had done everything over the phone as I was very busy during the time of my application and could not make it in to the store and having to deal with them through the phone. My application was for me and my daughter to travel to Australia for a funeral and I had felt judged. They were very rude at times and had heard laughter coming from one of the ladies I was talking to as I was calling them for updates which definitely made me want to go to another finance company. Due to the fact that there communication was terrible. They also had mucked me about with payments. I had asked about removing the direct debit twice as I had an account where my money comes in and one that is connected to all my bills. They had kept adding up late payment fees and letter fees which I found ridiculous. I felt they were taking advantage of my age and how busy of a person I am. I’m working 6 days a week and when I finish they are closed. Even when I do have early finishes I’m travelling to pick up my baby. Which again they would be close to closing time. So I was never able to call and explain that I had directly sent the payment and that I had missed the time that my direct payment was suppose to go out. I had found this very annoying .
Friendly and helpful staff. I’ve had loans from Instant Finance since 2020 for multiple occasions and they have always made a way to offer decent repayment options regardless of credit score.
Great customer service and amazing staff! The ladies in the front were lovely and never left anyone waiting when greeted inside their office. Always were ensuring and clear to what was needed to make sure I get the right support

She answered all my questions perfectly as well & I feel like went above & beyond for my query. Hire more people like her. People who understand & are willing to help. She needs a pay rise!

The best place to get a loan when you’re short or needing that extra cash. The staff members are lovely, approachable and kind and they strive to get things done in a timely manner. Sisilia the branch manager is amazing. She understands the customers and knows how to converse and is striving to always get things done for the customer. If I could give 10 stars I would.
