    If I could put zero stars I would!! Now 2 weeks since I placed an order & paid for it online, no confirmation of online order, no tracking confirmation, nothing received as yet, no reply to email querying where my order is, no answer on phone (not even an option to leave a message) :-( I have contacted my bank to reverse the payment & will be contacting the Commerce Commission as well.

    Beware buying wine online. Sent me three bottles of wine different to what I ordered (and $6 per bottle cheaper) Did not respond to webform or phone calls i made to inform of issue There are plenty of decent, trustworthy retailers out there - stay away from this one!
