   Went there for the first time this afternoon as i seen their Christmas specials.. Super tidy store really friendly helpful people working in there polite and they even helped me walk all my boxes to my car. Highly reccommend.

   I placed an online order on Friday 12 from Australia for a very special order for a birthday. I contacted Fenchurch in Glenn Innes and they were going to call me back to confirm if the order had been received. I never heard back. Fortunately my family was able to check on this yesterday to discover that they did not have the particular item in stock. At no time did anyone think to inform me. I have just heard from my sister that the item was delivered this evening. I would suggest that you need to do something about informing customers about the progress or not of their orders. An email to inform customers of delivery would be appreciated. After all you had all my contact details when I placed the order. Rather disappointing.

   Fenchurch has been around a long time. I first met the owners 1980s when they expanded the dairy shop, bought the shop next door, and Fenchurch Liquor was born. These guys are part of the history of Glen Innes. They know the locals, some by nsme and hence the next generation. Their history and connection within the area has grown. I no longer drink, however, Fenchurch is still the place to buy a bottle for someone specisl.
