   A hidden gem - Absolute 5 star service from the lovely ladies at Life Pharmacy Papakura. Rebecca is very knowledgeable about health and beauty and went above and beyond assisting me with my Christmas shopping. I have been coming here for over 20 years and am always impressed with the professional service, today enough to warrant a review. Prices are reasonable and the store is also beautiful and well stocked with a clean and organised layout.

   This pharmacy smells amazing everytime I go there. Even my kids love going in not only it smells gorgeous they even have lots of cute things to buy as gifts and such and has lots of parking and right next to countdown Roseland.

   My 7yo AUTISTIC SON with ADHD got a bite and starting swelling and going red. Doctor gave prescription for this pharmacy. They could not READ what was on the prescription. Causing us a delay of 15mins. Whilst this may not seem long to an AUDHD sitting in the car can be stressful. He started bouncing in the car. This was all because they didn't read the script. I wonder how many other prescriptions they are getting wrong?

   Life Pharmacy at Roselands Papakura is an enjoyable place to shop, the staff are friendly and super helpful. They text me when I have a repeat script due & they let me know in advance if my special authority needs to be renewed for any special meds I might be on. I also look forward to any New flavours arriving for my favourite Perfumes.

   I experienced great service today. Went in to get a shampoo and was struggling to find the product. A staff member came up to me and proactively asked if she could help. She located the product for me and also took payment. I was in and out of the shop quick. Thank you for your help and fast service

   Hi my name is raj lal I came to your pharmacy on Saturday 1st of April. The person who served me was Tanya she told me the perfume that I bought for my wife is not for ladies it was men's perfume. She quickly gave me a good ladies perfume. She also gift wraped for me while she was doing this she was very friendly and helpful. My wife is very happy with the perfume. Thank you Tanya.

   I been to other pharmacies during level 3 and 4 and was able to roam around socially distanced in order to purchase my essential products. Not sure why this pharmacy is even open during level 3, apart from providing prescriptions. I waited 10 minutes in line (lucky it wasn’t long!!) only to find out that the store part is actually closed off, which was very annoying, as there was no sign indicating this outside the shop. I was told by a staff member that I can’t go through the shop and if I need a product then I have to tell her what it is, so I did, but she didn’t know what the product was. So to make things easier for her, I went on their website through my phone to show her a picture of the product. She literally rolled her eyes, didn’t even bother to move and just said rudely “no we don’t have that sorry” without any other explanation. It’s a pretty standard product that they sell and I guaranteed if she actually looked then she would have found the product but instead she chose to be lazy, wasted my time and lost a purchase of $60 for the company. The management here should really consider re-evaluating your covid-19 precautions, as this branch is not going make much money this way or satisfy your customers. It’s totally fine if you want to close off the shop but please have staff that will actually do their jobs and bother looking for the customer requested product, so that a purchase can be made!! First and last time I will be visiting this pharmacy!! Sticking to Unichem in Takanini, where I actually get treated like a customer.
