   I had a haircut today and, overall, it wasn’t the best experience. The cut itself felt very minimal and lacked attention to detail—the hair doesn’t look particularly tidy, and I’ll need to retouch it myself at home. I was also surprised that my beard was trimmed without being asked first. Communication could definitely have been better. During the service, it felt a bit rushed, like the clippers were being moved quickly without really catching much hair, which was concerning. One small but telling detail: the neck strip wasn’t placed properly and was folded up too high, so I had to adjust it myself to make shaving easier. For a $40 charge, I expected more precision and care. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t quite meet that expectation.

   I got a cut a few days ago and I had some short chubby Arab dude. Minimal attention to detail along with barely any blending in. I had specified before the cut what I wanted exactly and got the opposite. In total he cut my hair for 15 mins , not worth imo.

   Excellent staff, the guy who cut my hair was real friendly. Haircut was decent but dint do a good job with my beard. It was uneven and felt rushed. I had to redo it again at home. Price was a shocker for me, $80 for cut and beard seems steep. I get the same done for $40 at a reputed place.

   Very good shop. Great customer service only problem is staff. 6 people were waiting and only one person. That’s not fair. Need to sort out. I saw past reviews regarding staff but nothing has been solved.

   Gave clear instructions on what I wanted done to my hair, and after I said what I wanted the guy offered me some water out of his own water bottle. Why would you offer someone some water out of your own water bottle when you're meant to be cutting their hair? I gave the guy very clear instructions on what I wanted and as he was cutting it was going all good until he got to the top of my hair and just started cutting, then he asked me what I wanted and I told him and then he said "oh, what is that?". By this point I was upset because I had clearly told him what I had wanted but he obviously didn't understand. All throughout the haircut the guy looked really confused on what he was doing, kind of like he's never done it before. Overall the haircut was alright, definitely not up to their usual standards.

   Sat there for 30 minutes with my 2 year old son just to be told they’re not cutting babies hair due to it being busy. We were next in line and he felt like making us wait till it was our turn to tell us I guess.
