I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at About Face Sylvia Park. I had scheduled an appointment at 4 p.m. On Saturday, and to my dismay, they canceled it just 10 minutes before the scheduled time I reached there and I was told that their therapist got sick, which is understandable because no one has control over sickness. But what made matters worse was the fact that they had no other therapist available to accommodate me. Firstly, canceling an appointment ten minutes before the scheduled time when the customer already reached is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer's time and commitment. It shows a lack of consideration and disregard for the importance of honoring scheduled appointments. As a result of this sudden cancellation, I was left feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. The lack of another available therapist was even more disheartening. One would expect a reputable beauty center to have contingency plans in place for situations like this. To be left with no options or alternatives for the same day and time is simply unacceptable. It is not only inconvenient for the customer but also raises questions about the organization's overall preparedness and ability to handle unforeseen circumstances like this.

As a whole, the environment is so well set up for relaxation too, with dim lighting, peaceful music, lovely scents, and warm blankets. Love this place! Friendly and helpful ladies. I was gifted a voucher and opt for the Pure Fiji island time facial which consists of a facial, back massage and foot ritual. It was heavenly! My skin was glowing after the amazing facial which was done thoroughly. The back and foot ritual...i did not want it to end...the lady who did the massages was absolutely amazing, professional and made me feel at ease and relaxed. I would LOVE to go back for more! It might look pricey but you get you're money's worth of everything they do and you will walk out of there feeling like a princess. Would definitely recommend!
