   You keep on letting us view it on night and day contact BUT THE WEBSITE KEEPS SHOWING ERRORS! Please! The guy who works Saturday night shifts until Sunday morning really really needs to be fired !!!!!! He is the worstestest. Absolutely a disgrace to Gull has station. Every single time , when you walk to Gull station. He will keep on doing his things and does not open the door immediately. And he waits until uber driver to arrive to start packing things. He walks so slowly like a snail and if you order hot food, you have to wait for 20-30 minutes to get you food. He dropped ice onto the ground and he picked up the ice and threw it back into the cup for the customers. I witnessed him if you have camera please check it . He really needs to go. It’s been like this for way too long

   DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME!! I placed an order for drinks and a couple confectionery at 12:58am and it’s now 2am. I’ve tried to contact the store 5 times and no one answered. I am now finding out that I am not the only customer and this dates back to months and months with the same issue. Disgusting!! It’s obvious they see the views, they Reply back every time but Why has there been no changes yet? It’s been going on for so long. An investigation is needed asap!!!

   The guy working the night shift today had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. He just gave death stares and ignored every customer who tried to order. I asked if he could make me a shake and he flat out said no without any explanation. Completely unprofessional and rude — definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from Day N Night.

   DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. my whole order was wrong and even my drinks are completely wrong some are the smaller size but I'm paying for the bigger size. They pick up the phone just to hang it up. Worst customer service. This place needs to be shut down

   I placed an uber eats order at 12:12am, it’s now 1:39am. For-goodness sake it’s laundry liquid, cheese and jelly. What’s taking so long? Why does it take 100 years to pack an order? Why does no one answer the phone? Im so annoyed. We pay for the convenience, when no convenience is given. This is NOT an uber eats problem, this is whoever is on shift at this time. Get new workers.

   Very disappointed with customer service I regularly come here but i met new staff today and I bought chocolate fondant and one waffle He gave me only one icecream i did ask for another then he told me fondant doesn’t come with icecream and charged me extra for icecream. After that i tried to come back to show the menu but he didn’t open the door I don’t think i will come back after this. You should train new staff when you hire them, atleast simple things Very disappointing

   Night shift girl - useless. I come to this gas station all the time, at different times in the day and at night the same girl that serves me always seems like she hates her job which just reflects in her service. Cant hear me because she has earphones in - whilst serving, tonight watched me at the door for 5 minutes then decides to tell me I cant come in and that she has to serve me at the window.
