You have a large male sales/service person with a British accent trying to sell my elderly mother a vacuum costing something like $5000. The home only has carpet in 2 tiny bedrooms, the rest of the house has hardwood floor. Can you guys just think if you'd like a pushy salesperson selling something not required to your own mother? Thank god i arrived just in time to shoo him away.
